Construction on a prestigious new Pillars housing development in Broughton has been underway for several months, but Samir Salya and other Group executives finally gathered for a ceremony to break the ground on Tuesday.
We caught up with Group CEO Salya, at the site, who said:
“I am delighted to be here in Broughton today to pick up a shovel, along with other board members from Reign Holdings, Pillars’ construction company, and representatives from our collaborative architectural and landscaping firms.”
What can you tell us about The Residences?
“It is a magnificent collection of private homes that re-define luxury living in Broughton. Best of all, the project blends together 30 four-bedroom sumptuous homes with an exclusive apartments complex, thus catering for all generations, budgets and family needs.”
Sounds good. When will these homes be ready?
“While our ceremonious digs officially started the project today, we were so confident in The Residences that we started building work prior to its sales launch. So construction is expected to be fully completed before October 2021.”
What makes The Residences stand out?
“As ever, before we commence a project, we do our research into local market needs and search for the right land and the right development concept that satisfy those needs. Combining a prime location with diverse home options and exceptional design, The Residences is bound to be highly sought after by a range of investors.”
How about future Pillars developments, in these difficult times?
“The Residences is our fourth development launched in 2020 so far, with three further projects to be announced very soon that add another 1,000 homes to our brand.
Despite the Covid-19 pandemic, we are ensuring full continuity of our plans, which keep tens of thousands of people in work. We will continue to play a key role in the UK’s economic recovery by creating further jobs in the future, whilst adding to our fascinating portfolio. We are a lifestyle developer… that means being socially responsible, not just to our residents and investors but to our staff and the local communities in which we have Pillars homes.”
