After a year in college, I realised the traditional academic route was not the right fit for me. My passion was in business, so I left my studies and joined my father’s denim manufacturing company. I immersed myself in every part of the operation – from garment handling to finance – closely observing my father’s leadership and learning firsthand about manufacturing processes, dyeing techniques, and stone washes.

Building My Own Brand

With a solid foundation in business, I returned to education and completed a course in Business Management and Fashion Design. The combination of academic insight and hands-on experience inspired me to launch my own fashion brand, Amito – a reflection of my passion for Italian design and industry expertise. The brand successfully supplied boutique designer stores across the UK.

This chapter cemented my reputation as a sharp, strategic, and forward-thinking entrepreneur – but I was always looking for the next challenge.
