Named in 2018 and 2019 by Forbes Middle East as one of the Top Indian Leaders in the Arab World, Samir Salya is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Reign Holdings, a multibillion-dollar Investment company headquartered in Dubai.

Born and educated in the UK, Samir Salya drives the group’s vision to continually expand its investment ecosystems in a variety of sectors and markets around the world, whilst maintaining the identity and values of a singular, strong enterprise. His 25 years of strategic experience in identifying successful business opportunities led the Group to grow into a company with strong capital and an impressive portfolio of businesses: land acquisition, real estate developments, construction and financing, hotel and hospitality management to property management, owner’s association and community management.
